The courses are educational and reflective. They may help you think more clearly about certain situations. They are not a substitute for professional support, and they are not designed to treat, diagnose, or manage any condition.
If you are dealing with something that needs professional support, please seek it. Using these courses alongside professional care is fine - but they are not a replacement for it.
If you are in immediate danger
How To Human is not equipped to respond to crisis situations. It cannot call for help, alert anyone, or provide real-time support.
If a course section brings up something overwhelming, please step away and reach out to a real person.
About the AI
What the AI can and cannot do.
The AI responds to your inputs. It does not remember you between sessions unless you provide that context. It can make mistakes. It should not be your only source of support.
Do not share information with it that you are not comfortable sharing with an AI system. Your conversations are subject to the platform's own privacy and data terms.
Pacing note
If a course section becomes too much, you can pause, skip it, or stop entirely. There is no obligation to continue. Low-energy versions of most exercises are available.
Coming back later is fine. Stopping is fine. Doing less is fine. Your pace is correct.
