How it works.

Each course is a private AI-assisted practice space. You access it with a key, work through it on your own schedule, and pause or return any time.

No live sessions. No public progress. No scheduled commitments.

Six steps.

  1. Choose a course. Browse the practice spaces and pick the one that fits where you are now. Not sure? Smalltalk is the lowest-pressure entry point.
  2. Buy or access via the course link. Purchase links will be added to each course page when they go live.
  3. Receive an access key and start instructions. After purchase you receive a key and clear instructions for how to open the course.
  4. Open your course session. The course opens in a private practice session - no app to install.
  5. Verify your key. Enter your key once at the start. This activates the full course experience.
  6. Practice privately at your pace. Work through the course in whatever order, depth, and speed feels right. Pause, skip, or repeat anything as needed.

The course rhythm.

Each course follows five phases - but you decide the pace and depth. There is no requirement to move in order.

1
Understand

Get a clear map of the situation - what is actually happening and why it is hard.

2
Map

Build your personal map - your patterns, triggers, strengths, and friction points.

3
Translate

Turn what you know about yourself into practical tools, scripts, and approaches.

4
Practice

Rehearse privately - conversations, scenarios, and responses without real-world risk.

5
Integrate

Take small, grounded steps toward real life - at whatever pace is workable for you right now.

Yours to control.

There is no fixed schedule, no progress bar, and no expectation to finish.

Pause and return later. The course waits exactly where you left it.
Skip sections that are too much right now. Come back when ready.
Low-energy versions available for most exercises.
No public performance - everything stays private in your session.
Repeat anything as many times as you need to.

Start with what feels manageable.

If you are not sure where to begin, Smalltalk is the lowest-pressure entry point.
