What this course is for

Explore masking and safer unmasking with pacing, realism, and self-protection.

For anyone managing a social mask and getting tired of it. This course does not pressure you toward full authenticity everywhere. It helps you understand your masking patterns, recognise burnout, and find safer, smaller ways to unmask - on your own terms.

Pacing and emotional load

This is the most emotionally demanding course. The material goes deep. Some sections may bring up feelings you have been managing for a long time.

Go at your own pace. Pause whenever you need to. Return when ready. You do not have to work through difficult sections in one sitting. Low-energy versions available throughout.

How you access it

After purchase, you receive an access key and instructions to open a private practice session. You practice privately in your own session. No new app required.
