What this course is for

Autistic burnout is not "a bit tired." It is having all internal resources exhausted beyond measure - with no clean-up crew. This course is built for that reality.

For autistic/ADHD/ND adults who have hit the wall - can't function, can't push through, everything is too much. You will triage your life, design bare-minimum survival systems, and slowly rebuild on different settings.

What you will work through

  • Recognise autistic/ND burnout and map your personal indicators
  • Radical demand reduction - triage your life into must / should / can drop
  • Survival Mode protocols for worst days (food, hygiene, environment, comms)
  • Real rest - what actually soothes an ND nervous system
  • Internalised ableism and the drive to push through
  • Energy accounting and sustainable life design
  • Your personal Burnout Recovery and Prevention Plan

Pacing and emotional load

This is the lowest-demand course in the library. One-word answers are fine. Skip any module. Come back in weeks. Surviving is the destination.

Emotional load: High - but all tasks have bare-minimum versions. No push, no hustle, no toxic positivity.
